 Ellie is a 6 year old bay roan draft cross (Percheron x QH) mare standing 15.2hh! 

If you’re looking for a mare with the sweetest personality, tons of ability under saddle, and a positive attitude towards life. 

Ellie has a big rocking chair lope, neck reins, and transitions off of voice or seat commands. She is perfect for someone wanting to dabble into the working equitation, extreme obstacles, or camping / packing adventures. 

Ellie is fantastic on the trails, goes through water, different terrain and over obstacles. She will ride out alone or in a group and next to traffic! 

The arena is a place the Ellie shines and where she’s had most of her precessional training take place. She has a great rocking chair lope, lopes off from a walk, and isn’t your typical leg-workout-to-lope kinda draft.  

She will collect onto the bridle, side pass, pivot on the haunches and back with ease. She has a ton of ability and also rides English! 

At the barn she’s not your typical mare. She gets bullied by the geldings, stands tied, loads, bathed and tacks right up. Shes easy going and an easy keeper! Ellie is UTD on everything, has a full PPE on file! She is located with us in Lufkin, Texas and we can help arrange shipping.
